Chris
Miller
Founder/Owner
Chris received his B.S. in Music Performance from of The University of the Arts in 2003. He then toured professionally for three years as a percussionist for multiple performing artists, while teaching high school marching band and percussion programs. Chris has performed with many call-for-hire scenarios as a performing percussionist. Chris obtained his music teaching certification through Rowan University in 2005. He is currently a full time Instrumental Music teacher in Cherry Hill, NJ, in his 10+ year of public school teaching / music education, and in his 15+ year of marching instruction.
In 2011, Chris was a percussion intern / transcriber for The Cadets. Chris also worked with Jersey Surf in 2017 as a tenor tech during their winter camp season.
He is the sole proprietor of Custom Marching Drill Designer and serves as a member of the Vic Firth Education Team. Chris continues to develop young percussion students in the Southern New Jersey area both scholastically and privately. He has worked with professional recording producers and engineers, such as David Ivory of Ivory Records.
Chris has instructed and designed performances that have resulted in many championship percussion awards throughout several associations including BOA, WGI, USBands, TOB and TIA. Chris has a strong love for recording, composing, designing, and performing music. He enjoys sharing his love and passion for music with others. As a musician, Chris always strives to grow as an artist, designer and teacher.
In 2018, Chris will be the Drill Designer for the Raiders Drum Corps.

Wilson
Technical Adviser
Justin Wilson is currently in his 2nd year as the Visual Caption Head of Fusion Core Drum and Bugle Core working closely with Jamie Szeinberg, Rob Watson, Mike Schmitt, and John Molly. He began marching Drum Corps with the Reading Buccaneers in 2007. In 2008, Justin marched with the Bluecoats Drum and Bugle Corps, and then returned to Reading for their 2009, 2010, 2012, and 2013 seasons. He was a soloist his last three years at the Buccaneers, and the Horn Sergeant for the 2012 and 2013 seasons. Justin taught at Jersey Surf Drum and Bugle Corps in 2014 as a Visual Tech.
He studied Music Education at both West Chester University and Rowan University, and currently holds a position as a paraprofessional at Cherokee High School.
Justin has taught eight years with Pennsauken High School Marching Band, and four seasons with Pennsauken Indoor Percussion Ensemble. He has written drill for Pennsauken High School and Bensalem High school. He also currently holds a AAAI/ISMA personal trainer certification.
Justin currently works at Cherokee High School in Special Education classrooms making him an extremely well versed educator in today’s world.
